Investigation of Teacher Candidates' Awareness towards Inclusive Education

This study aimed to examine the awareness of teacher candidates towards inclusive education. mixed method was performed with convergent parallel pattern. The sample quantitative part consisted 708 in an education faculty determined by criterion sampling. group qualitative research is 14 (preservice teachers) selected from among these participants. data were collected Awareness Scale for Inclusive Education and Interview Form Evaluation Course. scale analyzed descriptive inferential statistics, semi-structured interview content analysis. results revealed that candidates’ at a moderate level. In addition, level participants who had training higher than did not, female compared male on increased its history, aims, students it encompasses, applications.
